Movement and meditation keep you mentally sharp. You’re able to quickly learn new things and easily adapt to changes in life. You feel and look better through practicing conscious movement modalities than you thought possible! It can reduce depression-like symptoms and dramatically improve your outlook on life. When our outlook is good, our relationships improve and we become more productive.
“Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.”Albert Einstein
“Practice having beginners mind and thinking what you want to feel, be, and create.”Fayzah
“I did a wellness/movement session with Fayzah in Buenos Aires. I learned new exercises I never met before and I still think about them now” Isis Latorre | France
“Sessions with Fayzah were good value. Not only was she good at understanding patient’s perspective, but was spontaneous with input. But requires commitment and homework from your side, to see results. Themes that I put emphasis on are: Connection, Relationships, and Confidence / Self esteem.” Christophe Meyers | London | Barcelona
